Black Truffle Oil Popcorn! This time of year you hear a lot about the edible fungus known as Truffles. The Black Truffle comes from a few European countries. These highly sought after truffles grow under ground and they actually use dogs and pigs to locate these delicacies.
I wanted to bring you this awesome bottle of Casina Rossa Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Black Truffle. I purchased this bottle about a month ago from Gourmet Delights and I absolutely love it. With Truffles in season currently I thought it would be a great gift idea and giveaway item to share with you.
I have to tell you Matt (my hubby) says, “This is the BEST popcorn he has ever had!”

‘We love drizzling this on homemade pizza right out of the oven. The entire room fills with truffle aroma and the taste on the pizza is incredible, “WOW!” is all we can say. We also use it in risottos in the last 30 seconds of cooking, on baked potatoes and even grilled cheese sandwiches. A friend of mine keeps it in her purse for those “emergency” trips to fast food burger joints…. TRUFFLE FRIES :)’
Ingredients: Popcorn Instructions: Cook your popcorn in a pot or use an air popper. Once the popcorn is done popping then drizzle with truffle oil and toss. Add Parmesan cheese, black pepper and truffle salt. Toss to combine.
