One of our favorite fast healthy breakfasts are smoothies. We whipped up a Peach, Mango and Strawberry Smoothie to help hold us over before an early lunch this past weekend. We’ve enjoyed many smoothies through the years because our Vitamix is one of the best smoothie blenders it makes them quick and smooth in just a minute. We also make smoothies so often because its really hot in Key West in the summer so its a great cooling breakfast after a workout.
Ingredients
2 small peaches
1 mango
6 frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup almond milk
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
6 ice cubes
Instructions
Combine all your ingredients in the Vitamix smoothie blender and start by turning on low and increase the speed. Blend for about 1 minute. Makes 2- 16oz. glasses.
