Things were pretty exciting a few weeks ago cause it was my birthday and Matt ordered a duck liver from Hudson Valley Foie Gras in New York. It was shipped over night and arrived in less than 24 hours. This is a special occasion type dish and we only eat it a few times a year. The Fois Gras Recipe with Caramelized Apples is in our video. This is one of my favorite dishes! We placed the Foie Gras and Caramelized Apples on a piece of grilled bread.
